First, we will set up a buyers strategy call via FaceTime or Zoom so we can get to know you better. We will find out what you're looking for in a home and get your wants vs needs list.
Then, we will set up your search portal based on the criteria we gather from you. In this search portal, you will have the freedom to favorite homes you love and even see homes that are "Coming Soon" to the market.
From there, we will record homes that make your shortlist. During this virtual tour, we will point out items that you should be aware of - positive and negative. We will also be happy to show you the street view and around the community. It's like you will actually be here!
Once we are under contract, your inspection is up next. If you'd like to be there in person to see the home and talk directly with the inspector, this will be your time to do so. If you're not present, we will have a virtual meeting regarding the report.
Before closing, a final walk-through will occur to ensure the home is in the same condition, and any negotiated repairs have been completed.
For closing, you have 2 options; close online through a RON (Remote Online Notary) if the lender and title company can accommodate, and if not, we can coordinate a mobile closing and have a notary meet you at the time and location of your choice.
